Domiciliary Care providers traditionally offer low pay and zero hours contracts, we don’t!
Our employees are always offered full time and permanent contracts which we feel is a break from the norm in the industry.
Why do we do this? We feel it offers more security to our employees and shows our level of commitment to staff and their development.
We do appreciate however that people need flexibility so we can offer part time positions as well.
